1. Who we are
Allie Automation Co. ("we", "us") builds and operates software products, including subscription-based tools such as the Trends Dashboard. These Terms apply to any product or service we make available under the Allie Automation Co. name, unless a separate agreement is in place.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use our products. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise) via our payment processor. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable UK VAT. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use our products to break the law, abuse the service (e.g. excessive automated requests outside normal use), or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
5. Availability
We aim to keep our products available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Some features depend on third-party data providers, which may occasionally be unavailable.
6. Liability
Our products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products, including business decisions made using data or insights they provide.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
